• Freshservice CRM migration and automation services
• Technical support and consulting services

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your account password and login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information

4. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Payment is due according to the billing cycle you select
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ERIA Software Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including breach of the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
